Teachers play a crucial role in shaping not only academic success but also the emotional wellbeing of their students. Yet, many educators tell me they wish they had more tools, language, and confidence to support their students' mental health and emotional needs effectively.
I work with primary schools, secondary schools, and universities to upskill teachers and school staff, giving them the practical strategies and understanding they need to nurture emotional wellbeing, resilience, and confidence in young people.
My sessions are interactive, evidence-informed, and designed to empower educators to create emotionally intelligent classrooms — where every student feels seen, understood, and supported.
With a background in psychology, coaching, and child and adolescent mental health, I bridge the gap between wellbeing theory and everyday classroom practice.
My goal is to equip teachers with practical, realistic tools to support their students' mental health — not add to their workload. Every strategy I share can be seamlessly integrated into daily routines, conversations, and teaching moments.
Together, we create school environments where wellbeing is woven into the fabric of learning — not treated as an add-on.
