With academic pressure, social media, and the everyday ups and downs of growing up, it's no surprise that resilience and mental wellbeing in children and teenagers are at an all-time low.

How can I help you?

As a child and adolescent mental health coach, I help young people aged 10 to 25 develop the emotional tools, self-awareness, and coping strategies they need to thrive - not just cope. My sessions support them in building confidence, emotional regulation, and self-belief, laying a foundation for lifelong wellbeing.

Coaching is a powerful, forward-focused approach that empowers children and teens to understand themselves better, make positive choices, and build healthy mental habits. In our sessions, your child will:

Specialist Support

For every young person

Many of my clients come to me with school-related stress, exam anxiety, or low self-worth. Others face friendship challenges or social anxiety, while some are neurodivergent, with ADHD, ASD, dyslexia, or other learning differences that affect confidence and focus.

I work sensitively with each individual to help them:

  • ✶ Understand their strengths and values
  • ✶ Set meaningful, achievable goals
  • ✶ Learn coping and self-regulation tools such as breathing techniques, mindfulness, and gratitude practices

These strategies help reduce stress and anxiety while encouraging self-awareness, calm, and emotional balance.

Please get in touch with me on I will ask you to complete an intake form to understand your childs needs better.
We'll arrange a weekly coaching slot that fits your child's schedule and once agreed we will begin your child's journey toward greater calm, confidence, and emotional resilience.
To begin, I ask families to commit to an initial block of 4 sessions (£260), payable in advance. This provides a consistent starting point and supports meaningful progress.

After the initial block, sessions can be booked individually at £65 per session.
